These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by SG Rapid Fixers (“we”, “us”, “our”) for electrical and plumbing services in Singapore. By booking or engaging our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Scope of Services

SG Rapid Fixers provides residential emergency electrical and plumbing services including but not limited to:

  • Emergency electrician services
  • Emergency plumber services
  • Toilet choke clearing
  • Water leak repair
  • Power trip troubleshooting
  • Water heater repair and installation

2. Deposit Policy

2.1 Standard Services

For general electrical and plumbing services, a $20 booking deposit is required to confirm the appointment.

  • The $20 deposit will be deducted from the final service fee.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, postponement, or no-show.

2.2 Water Heater Supply & Installation

For water heater supply and installation services, full payment is required upfront prior to scheduling installation.

  • Full payment is required because the heater unit will be reserved or purchased for the job.
  • All payments for heater supply are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

All deposits and upfront payments made to SG Rapid Fixers are strictly non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Customer cancellation after booking confirmation
  • Customer rescheduling requests
  • Customer unavailability during scheduled time
  • Change of mind after confirmation

4. Pricing & Quotations

Prices stated on our website represent estimated price ranges for common service scenarios. Final charges may vary depending on:

  • Site condition and accessibility
  • Complexity of the issue
  • Materials or parts required
  • After-hours or weekend surcharge

We will inform customers of any additional costs before proceeding with work.

5. Access & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Safe access to the work area
  • Availability during scheduled appointment
  • Accurate description of the issue

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if the work environment is unsafe.

6. Limitation of Liability

SG Rapid Fixers shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing structural or concealed defects
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Damage caused by prior installations or third-party work

7. Warranty

Where applicable, workmanship warranty may be provided for specific services. Warranty does not cover misuse, tampering, or external damage after service completion.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on this page.
